| | I'm so fucking happy today! As in really really fucking happy!!! Hahaha... After one week of sleepless nights, I'm finally confirmed joining FHM! (not the magazine... it's Food Hotel Malaysia). It's a competition held once every two years! And I'm competing!!! Hahaha! At first, they told me not to have high hopes due to the administration problem, and so I was sad, coz I have all the menu prepared and been thinking about it even when I was in France, but now, I'm a happy man!
Anyway, did lamb today and it turned out well. Chef liked it. Enough said! Roasted lamb loin served with ratatouile, candied julienne lemon skin and garlic confit: |
